Slim or fit body is everyone desire but do something is little bit difficult. As per our knowledge convert our fatty body to fit body is not a big deal but it is very difficult for food lovers and lazy. There are few tip which can apply by food lover and lazy men also.

Drinking 5-6 bottle water a day
Avoid junk food
Try to eat more proteins
walking and exercise is very good for fitness
balanced die is helpful to reduce your extra fat....
